The Belvedere Residence 4 * complex, opened in 2016, is located in the heart of the Budva Riviera in the village of Becici, about 3 km from the tourist center of Budva and 350 meters from one of the best beaches in Montenegro on the second line from the sea.  

The Belvedere Residence complex is a cascade-type building, located at an altitude of 40 to 60 meters above sea level, which provides our guests with unforgettable magnificent views of the sea and rocky mountains from the terraces of the apartments.

A large outdoor pool, landscaped green areas, private parking for cars, 24-hour security, daily cleaning of the apartments and information support from the reception staff will provide you with the most comfortable conditions for staying and relaxing at any time of the year.

On the territory of the Belvedere Residence there is a large   outdoor pool. The area of the water surface of the pool is more than 300m2. Sunbeds and umbrellas on the territory near the pool are provided for guests of the apart-hotel "Belvedere Residence" free of charge.

The distance to the sea  is 200 meters and  the way to the beach (from 350 meters) will take no more than 7-10 minutes. A short road to the beach leads through block A,  there  there is an external  lift that will shorten the way to climb the steep beaches and lift. The road crossing (Jadranski way) can be passed through a surface crossing or through an underground pedestrian crossing. The beaches in Becici are mostly municipal. The city beach is divided into paid and free recreation areas. The average cost in a paid area for 2 sun loungers + an umbrella is from 6 euros per day (the price depends on the season). You can visit the free zone with your own towels. The beaches are mostly small-pebble (see photos in the gallery), the descent into the sea is gentle, very comfortable for families with small children. Beach towels are provided to our guests free of charge (refundable deposit required).

In the protected area of "Belvedere Residence" there is a paid (garage) and a large free ground parking, a reservation is required, the number of places is limited.

For its guests, "Belvedere Residence" offers accommodation in buildings A, B, C, D, E.

The Villa building is not included in the Complex  and is not provided with room service and at the reception  UK Belvedere Residence (see the plan of the complex).

Apartments "Belvedere Residence" are modern, with a stylish design, equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. We have a large number of different apartments, which differ in different characteristics.

For your convenience, the apartments are divided into categories (Type). A detailed description of each category of apartments can be found in the "Rooms" section. There you can   get acquainted with the description of the apartment, available amenities, see photos and plan of the apartment.

All our apartments have: free WI-FI, 42" flat SMART - TV with satellite channels, bathroom with shower, toiletries, hairdryer, air conditioning, safe, as well as a kitchen equipped with necessary utensils and household appliances: refrigerator, cooker surface, microwave, toaster, electric kettle.

There are also apartments that have two bathrooms, a coffee machine, an oven, a dishwasher and an iron with an ironing board (not in all room types).

Room types differ not only in value, but also in equipment and room sizes. Rooms with similar basic characteristics are grouped into separate categories (type). Be careful when choosing.

"Belvedere Residence" is a combination of comfortable living in apartments and hotel service.  We provide daily cleaning of apartments, towels and bed linen are changed twice a week. More frequent change of linen and towels is available as an additional option upon request. A baby cot with a set of baby linen is available for EUR 5/night.

The restaurant on the territory of  Belvedere Residence is currently closed  . The presence of a restaurant directly on the territory is not in demand by the majority of guests who choose to stay in our accommodation format.  

Our guests can cook on their own in the apartment. Within walking distance are shops with quality products, as well as many restaurants and cafes with affordable prices. This gives our guests a great choice and variety in food.

Also, at your request, you can order breakfasts on your own with delivery to your room at the time interval you specified from  of our partners.  You can choose from classic meat, fish, vegetarian and children's breakfasts to order. Breakfast is not included in the price of the apartment and must be ordered on site. All the necessary information for ordering is located in each apartment and at the reception. It is possible to deliver not only food, but also the goods you have chosen. 

On the territory of the complex there is an equipped playground for our little guests. Your children will be able to have fun in the presence of their parents (the playground is open to the public from May to September inclusive).

Standard check-in time for apartments starts at 14:00, check-out time  - until 10:00.

At the reception of the complex you will be met by staff who speak Russian, English and Serbian. If necessary, they will help you order a transfer to / from the airport, call a taxi, book an excursion, rent a car or a yacht, organize fishing. We provide round the clock check-in and check-out of our guests. The reception is open from 8:00 to 20:00 (21:00 in summer) local time. Outside the working hours of the reception - check-in is carried out by night security (entrance through the upper parking lot). Late arrivals will receive an envelope with instructions and a key to the apartment. In the morning you need to go to the reception with identification documents to register in Montenegro and pay the cost of the apartment.

Belvedere Residence guests receive an additional discount for visiting the SPA & Wellness center   (including a gym) at a 5 * hotel located within walking distance from us.

Important information about the registration of foreign guests in Montenegro:

The management company "Belvedere Residence" DOO Budva informs that we are legally operating in Montenegro.

Guests of our Aparthotel legally reside on the territory of the complex and Montenegro.

According to Montenegrin legislation, every property owner must obtain permission from the tax authority and the Ministry of Tourism to rent and conduct a tourism business. Property that is used for guest accommodation must be classified as a permitted use by the Ministry of Tourism. The property owner must register all guests within 24 hours of arriving at the police station and insure them for the duration of their stay.

The management company "Belvedere Residence" manages the complex "Belvedere Residence" and the Apart-Hotel "Belvedere Residence". Guests of the aparthotel can use the entire infrastructure of the complex for free, including a swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrellas and parking. The aparthotel independently registers all its guests at the front desk.

The Belvedere Residence complex has private apartments. Some apartments are rented out by owners.

If the owners of private apartments have arrears in utility bills and the maintenance of common areas to the management company, the owners and their guests do not have the right to use the infrastructure of the complex until the debts are paid off.

The management company does not provide services for guests of private apartments and is not responsible for compliance with Montenegrin legislation by apartment owners and their guests in accordance with registration.

Unregistered guests are liable in accordance with state law.
